  • RESERVATION

Reservation should be made at least 10 days prior of arrival by booking online. Any adjustment should be advice at least 07 days before arrival. Another way reservation should be made 05 days by booking offline. To ensure efficient handling of all reservations, full details are required on Days / Flights of Arrival & Departure, Number and Names of Passengers.

 

Any reservation of ticket, hotel and tours will be subject to availability and regulations of each supplier will be applied to each confirmed booking. It is advisable to indicate an Exchange Voucher to ensure that all reservation done by travelsentosa.com

 

  • LIABILITY

All reservations made through us are in good faith, in case client cannot exercise full or partial use of confirmed reservation under circumstances that is beyond our control, we shall only be responsible for the full or partial refund of the total amount refunded.

 

  • CONFIRMATION

Normally, confirmation will be made by online website reservation, fax, email, sms.

 

  • REFUND

No Refund and No Reduction can be made to your client who does not partake in any promotional documents issuance, sightseeing tours, hotel rooms or transfer service for any confirmed arrangement, particularly close to the date of departure or during the season.

 

  • WEBSITE RATE / TICKET, HOTEL, TOUR FARE      

All Rate and Tour Fare are quoted Nett and Non Commissionable and subject to change with or without any prior notice except for paid members only at travelsentosa.com

 

  • PAYMENT

Full payment by Cash or Bank Transfer should be made prior of arrival unless there is prior credit arrangement with our company. Failure to apply with this condition may result in cancellation of all reservation. Any Bank Charges or Bank Expenses incurred outside shall not be our responsibilities.

 

  • INSURANCE

We strongly recommend all clients participants to purchase travel insurance for trip cancellations, hospitalization, medical, and loss of baggage, etc. Medical or hospitalization charges aboard can be very substantial. The company can offer you appropriate insurance packages that we hold.

 

  • HIGH SEASON SURCHARGE

High season surcharge might apply for some periods and shall be well informed before issuance.

 

  • ANTI SPAM POLICY
